Applewood Smoked Bacon Beignets with Maple Chive Creme Fraiche. Definitely smokey, definitely taste the bacon. It was soft, fluffy, and warm.

The Grilled Baby Octopus was quite soft and really easy to chew. It was quite herbaceous but just a little too much mint. Also, the ratio of octopus and beans was a little off. There was a lot of beans.

Five-Dot Ranch Bavette Steak was cooked exactly medium rare. It was quite juicy and tender. Seasoned very well.

The Honey-Brined Pork Chop is super easy to cut into, very tender and juicy. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. Got the nice grilled lines. Yeah.

Their famous Lumberjack Cake was quite moist and fluffy with some crunch here and there. The Muscovado Ice Cream simply tastes like a ball of creamy brown sugar. It quite obvious that there are some mistakes during the baking process because you can tell the cake made a dip in the center. From the crust to the center, it decreased in height.
