HAPPY 15TH ANNIVERSARY TO DISNEY TOKYO!

The 15th Anniversary Special Meal include a bowl of Chirashi, bean curd tofu, and Mitsumame (Japanese dessert made of small cubes of agar jelly with fruits). It also included a Blue Disney Chopstick as a souvenir.

In the Chirashi, a bowl of rice was topped with tuna sashimi, ikura (salmon roe), fresh shrimp, crab meat, nori, shredded takuan (pickled daikon radish), and of course, a mickey shaped ham. It can be eaten alone or the side of soup given can be mixed in to enjoy all together. I personally enjoy it more with the soup; it adds much more flavor to the dish. There is a lot of taste due to the various amount of ingredients, but overall the flavour was mediocre.

The Katsu Cutlet Meal include a bowl of rice, miso soup, and a katsu cutlet with a side of salad. Miso soup was similar to any other miso soup you get at a regular Japanese Restaurant. Nothing special to it. The cutlet has a crispy skin with a soft tender inside; however, it wasn’t as juicy.

Would I visit again? Probably not.
