Christopher did not start of pastry/dessert chef. He was actually on the savory side first. But after the American Restaurant invited Christopher to be their pastry, there he began perfecting his chocolate making skills. Christopher Elbow creates artisanal chocolate with incredibly beautiful looks.
The chocolate melts in my mouth filled with flavors and creaminess. Some of my favourite flavours are the Fresh Mint and Earl Grey. The flavours are distinct, not faint at all.
If tiny chocolates don’t satisfy you, how about a Hazelnut Bar. It’s nutty, crunchy, and velvety. And I love the touch of sea salt on top. Sea salt makes a lot of desserts better to me. Christopher Elbow definitely satisfies my love for chocolates.
Would I visit again? Yes!
