Where can you get the viral ice cream rolls? Freezing Point Creamery! These ice cream rolls are made by pouring flavoured or regular milk on an ice-pan, hence it’s other name ice pan ice cream. Fruits or other ingredients are added to create the more flavour and texture. What’s better than ice cream with a performance.
Ice cream rolls often include various kinds of toppings. The Matcha is topped with mochi, sweet red bean, chocolate drizzle, and two choco stick. It’s creamy and surprisingly melts quite quickly in the mouth. Flavour-wise, of course, it was sweet but I wish the matcha was stronger.
I definitely like the Purple Yam a lot more. As the ice cream melts, I get these little bits of the yam to chew on. It got this weird but good flavour. A little savory, a little sweet. The yam flavour was prominent and clear.
The Purple Yam Ice Cream Roll is topped with chucks of the yam, rainbow cereal, mochi, and chocolate sauce. Color of the yam is so beautiful like a blue purple geode.
The Ice Cream Rolls are absolutely enjoyable, not according to my wallet, though. Lol. However, I would say one cup is equivalent to two scoops of ice cream.
Would I visit again? Yes!
